The Forecasting Team within Global Capacity and Contact Management (GCCM) plays a critical role in predicting call volumes and handling times, helping staffing teams deliver exceptional results for customers, employees, and shareholders.

The Analyst – Data Analytics role focuses on developing short-term and long-term forecasts for major products in the US market, analyzing complex data, and delivering insights that shape business strategies. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams in Finance, Capacity Planning, and Scheduling to influence key decisions while building advanced reporting and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build accurate short-term and long-term demand forecasts.
  • Work with complex data sources to uncover meaningful business insights.
  • Develop automated reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Support ad-hoc analytics projects to drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.

Key Technical Skills:

SQL, Python, Hive, Data Visualization, Predictive Modeling, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Forecasting, Econometrics, Analytics

Requirements:

  • Strong background in analytics or econometrics to solve complex problems.
  • Excellent programming and analytics skills, with hands-on experience in SQL and Python.
  • Experience handling large datasets and building reports or dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Prior exposure to machine learning algorithms for predictive modeling is an advantage.
  • Advanced degree (Master’s in Statistics, Economics, Applied Economics, or Business Analytics) preferred.
